01: editing a page
Editing a page is simple, the page content is
split up into 4
manageable tabs...
Tab1 lets you edit the page settings.
2 the main page content,
3 and 4 the left and right hand sides if
relevant.

02: using the editor
The page editor lets you adjust any text or image on the page you're editing.
Based off another well known product the editor gives a set of buttons below the page for you to format the text and images in many different styles.
Using the buttons provided you can create tables, insert media and set styles to the page.
03: managing your website
The Page list provides you with an
understandable display of your web pages and how they appear on your website.
Use the arrows to adjust the positions of the menus and use the edit / delete and status buttons to decide if how and when your pages should appear.
04: clear instructions
Every page on the yourcms system is clearly laid out and informative with what the user is to do.
All boxes are clearly
labelled with tips that appear when you hover your mouse over them.
The user is never left confused with what to do next and if they should become stuck our Help Assistant appears on every page.
05: simple file managment
Managing your files couldn't be easier, a clear display of folders and files on your screen with progress upload and download facilities it makes it really easy to upload large files to your site without any worries or hassle.
06: added extras: MyGallery
We include a number of modules with the system that can be added onto any website.
Modules are added on a monthly basis and are designed to integrate with any website.
Modules such as the Gallery are useful for creating albums of photos because all images are resized automatically with no loss of quality!
07: branding yourcms...
We provide an additional reseller system where you can brand all your customers cms's with your own logo and company information.
The really useful thing about this is that you'll never need to contact us if you decide to change your logo or company information. You can handle your own customers, instantly!
08: reseller control panel
The reseller control panel gives all the power to the reseller. The ability to add / edit and remove customer accounts takes away the need to ever be in contact with us.
Provided features within the control panel include: client add/edit/remove, theme-ing, account statement of financials, changelog of the yourcms system and an enquiry form.
09: managing multiple users
If you have more than one user editing the website you'll need have multiple logins.
yourcms manages an unlimited amount of users to the system with a set of administration
privileges so that low users cannot remove pages or change content without authorization of a main administrator.

10: the help assistant
As mentioned previously, the help assistant is
available on every page if the user becomes stuck.
The Help Assistant provides instant answers to common questions and will be kept up to date with most commonly asked questions with the
ability to rate answers and comment on answers.
11: sub and sub sub-menus
Complex websites are a thing of the past.
If your site should have sub categories of a page the system can easily create a navigation menu based around your template styling the right menus the right colour. With clear displays with how menus appear the end user can clearly see where every page is located and whether it is online or not.
12: website statistics
The system also provides statistics for how many hits you've had on your website today, and all together.
At the moment the page statistics are kept very simple but plans are already in place to include charts and more in depth analysis into where your visitors came from and what they did on your website.- 12: website statistics
